When attempting to open PCD Windows Quickloader, why does a warning popup appear that states "Unable to open the desktop database. Please contact the administrator"?
There is already an instance of Windows Quickloader running on your PC, likely minimized on your Taskbar.
Note: After selecting OK in the popup, a new "Unable to Continue, Database Error!" message appears.
