How many events can be stored in the NAPCO Prima system?
In the NAPCO Prima Super Panel, the number of events stored depends upon the total file size of all events compared with the allocated storage space. Events with images take up more storage space thus decreasing the total number stored.
In the NAPCO Prima dealer portal website (www.NapcoPrima.Pro), all events are stored for one year (to the day).
In the Prima app, 300 events can be viewed. Using search filtering, such as searching only for "arming events", allows you to view 300 of the most recent arming events. If search filtering is not used, 300 of the most recent events of all types can be viewed.
