In the Prima dealer portal website (www.NapcoPrima.Pro), am I able to delete the Master User?
Although you can delete the Master User in your Prima system, we strongly advise that you never do so. The presence of the Master User is required by the Prima database to allow all other Users (User IDs) and Panel Codes to exist. However, you are freely able to edit the name, password, and Panel Code of the Master User, should you wish to do so.
Note: If you delete the Master User, the Prima database will need to be rebuilt. Contact NAPCO technical support.
