FAQs
Why does "Bad Phone Number" appear in the NOC Signal Log Response column?
If you see "Bad Phone Number" in the Response column of your NOC Signal Log, ensure that the telephone number programmed in your control panel is a real receiver telephone number.

As shown in the image below, the reason for the "Bad Phone Number" in the Response column is because AUTO ENROLL PROGRAMMING is enabled and the telephone number programed in the control panel is the number 1 repeated eleven times--this is not a real telephone number, and as the NOC cannot communicate with a receiver, a "Bad Phone Number" response is the result.

To fix, perform either of the following:
- Change the telephone number in the control panel, select Click Here Reset Auto-Enroll and send another signal
- Enable Dealer Entered Programming and enter genuine receiver telephone and account numbers
Note: If you use Dealer Entered Programming, the NOC will verify the telephone number to ensure it is a valid number for a receiver, eliminating "Bad Phone Number" responses.
